Tabatha has been a member of the team since 2006 & is our point of contact for all potential new business within the Nepean region. With her outstanding organisation skills implemented, it allows her to ensure the Property Management department runs smoothly.

Being a local all of her life, she holds extensive knowledge of the area, and this combined with her experience in the industry allows her to provide a perfect introduction to investors who look to select a managing agent. Her presence & wisdom enables her to help guide any client through the whole process of having an agent manage their investment properties.

Tabatha always makes herself available to anyone who requires an accurate market appraisal for their property & is the best person in the Nepean/Blacktown region area to speak with on the process of preparation of the property. She can guide you through what is expected when leasing the property, guide you through the perfect management plan once you have a tenant & will help to make sure the whole investment experience runs as smooth as possible if you decide to appoint our agency.

Tabatha's day-to-day duties include visiting homes to provide rental proposals & discuss market reports, organising advertising for all new rental listings, providing the owners with updates on how the leasing of their home is progressing & also scheduling everything required when we are in the stages of preparation of all new tenancy agreements.
